Refund and Returns Policy

At Stimbase, we want you to love what you wear – and feel just as confident about your purchase as you do in our designs. While we hope every order is exactly what you envisioned, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary.

This policy outlines everything you need to know about returning or requesting a refund for your purchase. We believe in a process that is thoughtful, transparent, and respectful of your time.

Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, all items must be:

• In new, unworn condition
• Free from stains, perfumes, or visible wear
• With all original tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging or equivalent protection

Stimbase reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions. If your return is not approved after inspection, the item may be returned to you at your expense.

Report Issues Within 7 Days

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we kindly ask that you notify our team within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will offer a prompt resolution in the form of a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. These include:

• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at checkout
• Bodysuits, lingerie, or swimwear (due to hygiene considerations)
• Gift cards
• Returns requested beyond the 30-day return window
• Items not in their original condition or without tags

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please contact us via email at support@stimbase.com. Include your order number and the reason for return. Our customer care team will review your request and respond with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not ship any items without receiving a return authorization.

Return Shipping

Unless your return is due to an error on our part (such as an incorrect or defective item), you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment until your return has been processed and approved.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved by our team, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refunds will only be issued for returned items that meet our return eligibility criteria
• Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to order a different size, color, or style, we recommend:

1. Initiating a return for the item you no longer need
2. Placing a new order for your preferred item

This ensures that the replacement item is available and can be shipped without delay.

Late or Missing Refunds

If more than 7 business days have passed since your refund confirmation and you still have not received the funds:

• First, check your bank or card statement again
• Then, contact your payment provider for an update
• If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us at support@stimbase.com, and we will gladly assist you
