Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of placement. During this time, we:

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

Changes or Cancellations – Within 12 Hours

We understand that sometimes you change your mind. That’s why Stimbase allows you to cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it – no questions asked.

During this 12-hour window, you may:

  • Cancel your entire order
  • Change the item(s) or size
  • Update your shipping address

To request a change, please email us at support@stimbase.com with your order number and the change you’d like to make.
After 12 hours, your order enters fulfillment and can no longer be modified.

Estimated Shipping Time

Once your order is shipped, it typically arrives within 6-8 business days, depending on your delivery location within the U.S.

We work exclusively with reliable domestic carriers to ensure smooth, safe, and traceable shipping from our hands to yours.

Flat-Rate Shipping Fee

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 on all orders – no matter the quantity, destination, or weight. It’s simple, transparent, and fair.

Domestic U.S. Shipping Only

Currently, Stimbase only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are actively working on expanding our reach in the near future.

Non-Business Days & Holidays

Please note that orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays, including:

  • New Year’s Day – January 1
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day – Third Monday in January
  • Presidents’ Day – Third Monday in February
  • Memorial Day – Last Monday in May
  • Independence Day – July 4
  • Labor Day – First Monday in September
  • Columbus Day – Second Monday in October

Refund and Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, all items must be:

  • Free from stains, perfumes, or visible wear
  • With all original tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging or equivalent protection

Stimbase reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions. If your return is not approved after inspection, the item may be returned to you at your expense.

Report Issues Within 7 Days

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we kindly ask that you notify our team within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will offer a prompt resolution in the form of a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. These include:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at checkout
  • Bodysuits, lingerie, or swimwear (due to hygiene considerations)
  • Gift cards
  • Returns requested beyond the 30-day return window
  • Items not in their original condition or without tags
How to Initiate a Return

Please do not ship any items without receiving a return authorization.

Return Shipping

Refunds

Exchanges
