1. Order Cancellation Window
You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping, so requests received after this window may not be eligible for cancellation.

Include your full name, order number, and the reason for cancellation or change.
2. After the 12-Hour Window
If 12 hours have passed since your order was placed, it is likely already being processed, packed, or shipped. In this case:
- The order cannot be canceled
- You may still be eligible to initiate a return once the item is delivered (see our Returns & Refund Policy)
Please note that refusing a package or failing to accept delivery does not qualify as a valid cancellation request and may result in additional shipping fees.
3. Made-to-Order or Final Sale Items
Some items may be marked as “Made to Order”, “Final Sale”, or “Non-Cancelable” due to their customization or special pricing. These products cannot be canceled or modified once the order is placed.
Please review all product information carefully before submitting your order.
4. Order Changes (Address, Item, Size)
If you need to edit your shipping address, product size, or item selection, please email us within the 12-hour cancellation window. We will do our best to accommodate your request before processing begins.
Changes requested after this window may not be possible, and we will notify you accordingly.
5. Stimbase Rights to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
- Product is out of stock or discontinued
- Incorrect pricing due to technical error
- Failure to provide valid payment or shipping information
If your order is canceled by us, you will be notified via email and receive a full refund to your original payment method.
