1. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States only. We are working to expand our delivery zones in the near future — stay tuned!

2. How much is shipping?

We offer flat-rate shipping at $6.99 for all orders, regardless of the number of items in your cart.

3. How long does shipping take?
  • Order processing time: 2 – 3 business days
  • Shipping time: 6 – 8 business days depending on your location
    You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
4. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Yes, but only within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order is processed and cannot be changed or canceled. Please email us as soon as possible at:
support@stimbase.com

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log into your Stimbase account and view your order history and tracking info.

6. Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

7. When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. You’ll be notified by email once the refund is issued.

8. Do you offer exchanges?

We do! Exchanges are accepted within 30 days. Just let us know within the first 12 hours if you need to change size or color, or initiate an exchange after delivery.

9. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you contact us within 12 hours, we can update your address. After that, we are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Please double-check your info at checkout!

10. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We’re so sorry! If your item arrives damaged, please email us at support@stimbase.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work quickly to make it right.

11. How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you’re unsure, you can also contact us – we’ll help you choose the right fit based on your measurements.

12. Do you restock sold-out items?

Some of our pieces are limited runs, but bestsellers may be restocked. Sign up for back-in-stock alerts on the product page or follow us on Instagram for updates.

13. What payment methods do you accept?
