Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of placement. During this time, we:

  • Verify your payment securely
  • Prepare your item(s) with quality checks
  • Package each piece with care

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

Changes or Cancellations – Within 12 Hours

We understand that sometimes you change your mind. That’s why Stimbase allows you to cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it – no questions asked.

During this 12-hour window, you may:

  • Cancel your entire order
  • Change the item(s) or size
  • Update your shipping address

To request a change, please email us at support@stimbase.com with your order number and the change you’d like to make.
After 12 hours, your order enters fulfillment and can no longer be modified.

Estimated Shipping Time

Once your order is shipped, it typically arrives within 6-8 business days, depending on your delivery location within the U.S.

We work exclusively with reliable domestic carriers to ensure smooth, safe, and traceable shipping from our hands to yours.

Flat-Rate Shipping Fee

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 on all orders – no matter the quantity, destination, or weight. It’s simple, transparent, and fair.

Domestic U.S. Shipping Only

Currently, Stimbase only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are actively working on expanding our reach in the near future.

Non-Business Days & Holidays

Please note that orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays, including:

  • New Year’s Day – January 1
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day – Third Monday in January
  • Presidents’ Day – Third Monday in February
  • Memorial Day – Last Monday in May
  • Independence Day – July 4
  • Labor Day – First Monday in September
  • Columbus Day – Second Monday in October
  • Veterans Day – November 11
  • Thanksgiving Day – Fourth Thursday in November
  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day – December 24-25
  • New Year’s Eve – December 31

Orders placed during these dates will begin processing the following business day.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery journey in real time.
If you haven’t received a tracking update within 4 business days of placing your order, contact us at support@stimbase.com.

Delays, Delivery Issues & Support

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather disruptions (storms, floods, snow delays)
  • High shipping volume during peak seasons (holidays, sales)
  • Unforeseen carrier issues or rerouting
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Access limitations in remote areas

If your order is:

  • Stuck in transit: We’ll help contact the carrier on your behalf.
  • Marked as delivered but not received: Please check with household members, neighbors, or building managers. If the package cannot be located, we will open a claim.
  • Delayed beyond the estimated window: Reach out to us – we’ll review your case and offer a resolution or alternative solution.
